The vision

For many first-generation students, college is pursued alongside work, family responsibility, financial pressure, and uncertainty. Those realities do not reflect a lack of talent or ambition. They show how much strength it can take to remain on the path.
The scholarship is being developed to recognize that effort with practical support. It is not about rewarding a perfect journey. It is about helping a student continue the future they have already worked hard to build.
This award will not define a student’s worth. It will recognize the work already being done and offer support for the road ahead.
